Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the most common questions that arise from customers

01.

General Questions

Currently we primarily work in metro Denver and surrounding suburbs and rural areas. The majority of the work is done in Littleton, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Englewood, Lakewood and Sheridan, though we’ll also travel from Castle Rock up to Thornton and Westminster.

I currently do all the work myself (owner) unless the job is large enough or has strict time constraints then I have other professional painters who I trust and have worked with to build a crew and help.

This benefits the customer because the quality control inspector is the one doing the work! Often times customers complain about the owner of the painting business never being on the job site to inspect quality of work, job progress, site organization etc. This makes sense because customers want to be ensured that a crew isn’t cutting corners or skipping items.

In the event that multiple workers are present, the owner will either be painting with them everyday or be on the job site daily.

If requested, weekend work can usually be accommodated.

In certain situations it makes sense to charge on an hourly basis (at times this may also dictate a dollar amount cap to provide insurance against excess charging):

  • If the job has unknown factors that could affect the time for completion
  • If there are job add ons that need to be billed during completion of job
