I founded Vivid Expressions Painting in 2020 in the southern part of Littleton called Roxborough Village. I do professional interior and exterior residential painting.

Business is about trust, and that is what I am here to earn through transparency and clear, detailed communication. That means you will know every step I am going to take (from the prep work, to the finish coats, and cleanup procedures) in order to complete the job properly as outlined in the detailed work proposal.

I also implement industry standards as defined in the Painting Contractors Association handbook. Most painters don’t do this. What this means is that with them, you have no idea how much detail is actually going into each step of the job, especially the prep work stage. With me you actually know exactly what level of detail is going into each stage of your paint job. 

PCA industry standards clearly define levels of detail for prep work, caulking and finish coat. These are clearly outlined in my job proposals and this where other contractors are going to cut corners and the homeowner will not even know. Most contracts from other painters that I see are vague, leaving potential clients confused about the specific details in each step of the job. This can vary drastically between painters and it can affect the cost of the job significantly.
